Local Pensions Partnership Investments, part of the LPP Group, is our FCA regulated, in-house investment business. LPPI is responsible for managing £27.8 billion of pension funds assets (as at 31 December 2025).

Why LPPI?

Our goal is to provide investment solutions and advice to help our partnering pension funds. We operate through a partnership and delegated management approach.

Our funds

We manage multiple investment pooling vehicles over several different asset classes: global equities, fixed income, infrastructure, real estate, private equity, credit and alternatives.

Responsible investment, stewardship and active ownership are the foundation of LPPI’s approach to investment management.

LPPI specialises in pension pooling, focussed on long-term investment out-performance, active stewardship and in-house asset management for our clients. This short video introduces LPPI and the role we play in helping our clients invest sustainably in better futures.

We operate through a partnership and delegated management approach. Our clients retain their strategic responsibilities, but they delegate fully the implementation of pension investment management activity.
