HR Administrator

Are you a driven and ambitious HR professional with a hunger for career progression within a leading edge and highly respected environment? Do you see yourself as a professional individual with initiative, intellectual rigour and commerciality?

Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, this role will provide full HR administration support as part of the HR Admin team based in Lancashire. As an integral part of this tight unit, you will be the first port of call for all day-to-day HR operations within the UK.

Financial Reporting Accountant

Support Head of Financial Reporting on financial accounting matters, including financial statements for LPP Group. Ensure that robust and thorough financial reporting is in place and that the annual accounts for all designated LPP Group entities are closed with a clean opinion. Assist on taxation and pension fund accounting matters where necessary.

To provide Governance leadership to the Company Secretarial Team, throughout the LPP Group, to clients and to shareholders. Pensions Casework Team Leader - Level 1

Supporting the Pensions Case Manager; Leading a team of Pensions Caseworkers, providing a pension scheme administration service in respect of the pension schemes administered by the Local Pensions Partnership, including supporting the learning and development needs of the Team.

Senior Operational Risk Officer

The Operational Risk Officer will collaborate with the Chief Risk Officer to execute the Operational Risk Management Program, with focus to our Investment subsidiary, Local Pensions Partnership Investments Ltd.

The position will play a key role in the delivery and maintenance of various components of the operational risk framework including the risk and control self-assessments, key risk indicators, and reporting and analysis for business lines.

Investment Reporting Analyst (Performance)

The core function of this role is to produce performance reports for our institutional investors and senior management and work on reporting based projects. The role involves close working relationships with various departments across multiple Custodians as well as in-house teams covering, among others, Investment Team, Finance and Risk.

Tax Reporting Manager

This role acts as a key point of liaison for tax in relation to the company and Investment Funds. Provide a lead on Tax advice on new business development and engagement with external advisors. Provide tax advice that complies with current legislation while optimising the tax recovery and minimising and any tax liability for all LPP group entities and clients. Prepare all tax reporting and deal with all Tax accounting matters that arise as part of reporting and ensure alignment with reporting standards.

To provide dedicated administration support to the Special Projects Team in the completion of the GMP reconciliation project for in house and client funded LGPS GMP Projects. The role will involve reviewing and analysing pension data and carrying our pension calculations and revisions to update member records, communicating directly with members both verbally and in writing and reporting back to the project sponsor on progress.

Assistant Management Accountant

Working as a member of the LPP Finance Team based in London, the role encompasses data analysis, financial reconciliations, management reporting whilst working in close collaboration with the Management Reporting and Financial control teams. Support Head of Management Reporting and Head of Financial Planning and Analysis in delivery of accurate and robust information for various stakeholders within deadlines.

To optimise the efficient operation of the Executive Committee members (EC) by providing a high level and proactive confidential executive support service to at least 2 members of the EC and their respective teams. The role encompasses day to day management of treasury, banking and investments processes. This includes principle responsibility for treasury management and investment accounting for Pension Funds.
